By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bat4777 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and not attempt to register an account. bat4777 reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bat4777 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered on bat4777, including but not limited to online casino games, cricket sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and all promotional activities.

bat4777 is designed and operated for the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful and that you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bat4777. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bat4777 employs automated duplicate detection tools and will close all associated accounts upon identification of duplicate registrations, with all balances subject to forfeiture.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on bat4777, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older;
• Your mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile number, or bank account details).

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bat4777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal, when your total deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time at our discretion. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bat4777 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bat4777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official bat4777 login page. You must notify bat4777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bat4777 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

bat4777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, BPL season promotions, Eid special offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements displayed at the point of opt-in.

• 5.1 Opt-in Basis: All bonuses on bat4777 are opt-in. No bonus will be applied to your account without your explicit confirmation. Full terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit, eligible games, and expiry period are displayed before you opt in.
• 5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 5.3 One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active on your bat4777 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• 5.4 Bonus Abuse: bat4777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software or betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting apparent errors in bonus configurations. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• 5.5 Seasonal Promotions: bat4777 runs promotions tied to the BPL calendar, T20 World Cup, Eid, Ramadan, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi occasions. These are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms communicated at launch. bat4777 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• 5.6 No Cash Value: Bonus funds have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged under any circumstances.

All content available on the bat4777 Platform — including but not limited to the bat4777 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of bat4777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from bat4777;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use bat4777 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written consent;
• Screen-scrape, crawl, or index Platform content using automated tools for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of bat4777 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by bat4777.

bat4777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player;
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or exploitative software;
• Abusive conduct directed at bat4777 staff or other players;
• Any legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their bat4777 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 30 days) or an indefinite self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting support directly.
